You should avoid relaxing on words and running them together. First of all, all those half and full courses were flat as a pancake! The halves were in Madison and the full was in Chicago. Also, I was much younger!!! ;) And, I was only running at 100% for the first one. The 2003 race I had just come off getting over runners knee so couldn't run too fast.
